Rampage Jackson Condemns Son’s Raja Jackson Attack on Wrestler, But Says: ‘I Gotta Have My Son’s Back’

Former UFC Champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has publicly addressed the incident involving his son, Raja Jackson, who legitimately attacked and injured independent wrestler Syko Stu during a recent wrestling event.

In a livestream on Tuesday, Rampage stated that while he feels obligated to “have my son’s back,” he does not approve of his actions. He expressed deep remorse for the injured wrestler and his family.

Key points from his statement include:

  • He does not condone the attack: “I feel bad about what happened to Syko Stu. I don’t condone what my son did, very unfortunate.”
  • The matter is heading to court: “I’m going to let justice play out, take this to court… I can’t talk about any details or stuff like that.”
  • He offered an apology: Rampage expressed his sympathy for Stu’s family and said, “I hope Syko Stu can forgive me, myself, as a dad, for not understanding everything.” He also stated his hope to one day meet Stu for a “man-to-man” talk.

Meanwhile, Syko Stu remains hospitalized as the LAPD’s investigation into the incident continues. A GoFundMe campaign to help with his medical expenses is still active.
